This policy explains how anees ("we") handles information when you use the anees web dashboard or the anees mobile app (bundle ID com.athar.hrsystem).
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email or phone, job title and company details provided by you or your employer.
- Attendance data: check-in and check-out time stamps and, at the moment you record attendance, your approximate or precise location to verify you are at an assigned work site.
- Fingerprint data: if your company uses fingerprint devices, the fingerprint templates enrolled on those devices are synced so attendance can be matched to you.
- HR records: requests, leave and other balances, penalties and rewards, payslips and payroll details entered by your company.
- Device data: a device identifier used to register a trusted device, and a push notification token.
- Photos and files: only if you choose to attach them (for example a profile photo or a request attachment).
Location
Location is used only while the app is in use to record attendance at your assigned work sites. anees does not track your location in the background.
How we use information
To provide attendance, requests, balances and payroll features; to send notifications about approvals and decisions; to secure accounts; and to diagnose problems and improve the service.
Sharing
Your data is visible only to authorised people in your own company, such as your managers and HR. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We use service providers (hosting, push notifications, crash monitoring) who process data on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account it is permanently deleted together with your attendance, requests, balances, payroll records, penalties and rewards, devices and notifications. This cannot be undone. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Children
anees is for employees and is not directed to children under 16.
